Hannah Stevens is programs director and office manager. She has a background in small business, law, and real estate. Hannah, Bernice, and Matt all helped to found a non-profit organization that originally started Storybook Cottage before the center was spun off to be its own organization.

Bernice Frank is the lead teacher and curriculum developer. She has run her own tutoring business and has over two decades of experience helping children learn in the classroom.

Matt Roll is the business manager (volunteer). A former teacher and businessman, he has an undergraduate degree in Economics and a master's degree in Educational Leadership.
